GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WZZM) -- A member of the Holland Latin Kings has agreed to plead guilty to two charges related to the gang's criminal activity.

Court documents show Eric Ruibal is to enter guilty pleas to charges of racketeering and cocaine distribution. The racketeering charge, related to crimes between 1993 and 2012, carries a maximum sentence including 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000. The cocaine distribution charge, related to crimes between 2006 and 2012, carries a sentence of five to 40 years and a $5 million fine.

He's scheduled to be in US District Court in Grand Rapids on May 14 for a hearing to enter these pleas.
