SONOMA COUNTY, Calif. (WZZM) -- Police in California say they're still actively investigating the murders of a West Michigan man and his fiancee, killed 10 years ago today.

Jason Allen, 26, and Lindsay Cutshall, 22, both of Zeeland, were shot to death on August 15, 2004 while camping on a secluded beach in Jenner, California, about 75 miles north of San Francisco.

The couple, who worked at a California church camp, planned to get married that September.

Sonoma County detectives say they are still receiving tips about the murders.
