MANISTEE, Mich. (Ludington Daily News) — West Shore Community College President Chuck Dillon's blood-alcohol content was .186 when he was arrested for drunken driving Aug. 6, Manistee police said Wednesday.

That alcohol level is enough to charge him with being super drunk.

"It would also qualify for super drunk if the prosecutor decides to charge that level," Manistee Public Safety Director David Bachman said. "From this point the prosecutor will determine the appropriate charge and Mr. Dillon will be scheduled for an arraignment."

Dillon is currently on paid leave.
