HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZZM) -- A driver pulling out of a driveway caused an accident Monday, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Department.

Investigators say the 56-year-old Holland man was pulling into traffic near Butternut and Riley when he drove into a northbound driver's path. That second driver, a 58-year-old Holland woman, had the right of way.

The man was hospitalized with minor injuries. The woman was not hurt. Both were wearing seatbelts.
