(WZZM) - The voters have spoken and the Muskegon Big Reds have moved on in a national contest for Best Boys High School Sports Programs.

Muskegon moved on with Detroit Catholic Central as two of five Michigan schools nominated by USA Today High School Sports. The winning program will received $1,000 and other prize amounts are available. The final ten will get banners for their school.

To vote, click on Michigan at this page: . Round 2 goes until 2:00pm on September 4th. The eight regional winners and two wildcards will advance to a national round of voting.
